Detailed Job Description We are currently recruiting for the role of Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, BC. The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department by assisting with a variety of payroll and HR related tasks Payroll & Benefits Related Tasks  1. Processing Payroll for the company 2. Assisting and providing support for all Payroll & Benefits functions 3. Assisting the Payroll & Benefits Administrator with entering new hire data into the systems and completing other new hire set up duties (e.g. creating employee files for new hires) 4. Conducting Payroll & Benefits orientations with new hires, including training on ADP ezLabor & follow-up for Total Access 5. Following up with Employees and Managers on timecard deadlines, assisting with inquiries and checking timecards in ezLabor to ensure they are approved 6. Completing regular reconciliations of payroll & benefits data 7. Generating reports on an annual basis 8. Generating and providing reports on vacation and banked time for Managers 9. Managing employee leaves and providing info to staff going on leave 10. Assisting with year-end tasks 11. Completing the monthly headcount analysis 12. Distributing regular communication, posting monthly features and forwarding manager info as applicable Must Haves 1) Good with numbers and people!  2) Positive & professional  3) Prior experience in Payroll & HR is mandatory  Education & Experience Absolutely required: • 2-4 years experience administering ,or assisting with the administration of payroll and benefits for one or more companies. • Completion of a certificate, diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field Nice to have: • Experience with ADP Pay @ Work, & Kronos would be a tremendous asset • PCP considered an asset The Perks In addition to becoming part of a creative, challenging, and stimulating work environment, we also offer: • a competitive salary • an excellent benefits plan • participation in our Fortnight program • access to our Group RRSP plan
